§ 58-40. Short title; intent.

(a)

This article shall be known and cited as the "art-in-public-places and education."

(b)

It is the intent and purpose of this article to further the commitment of the city to providing public art to beautify the appearance of the city, commemorate the city's history, and to enhance cultural and educational opportunities within the city.
