§ 74-37. Removal of receptacle from right-of-way.

(a)

No owner or occupant of any residential unit shall permit any solid waste receptacle used by such owner or occupant to be placed at the curb before 7:00 p.m. of the evening before the scheduled pickup and shall be removed from the curb before 7:00 p.m. of the day of the pickup.

(b)

Bulk trash, bulky yard and vegetative wastes shall be placed at curbside for collection by 7:00 a.m. In no case shall such residential waste, recyclable materials, bulk trash or bulky yard and vegetative waste be placed for collection earlier than 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection period. In no case shall residential refuse, recyclable materials, be placed for collection with bulky yard and vegetative waste.
