§ 86-4. Right of entry on property.

The public safety officers and code enforcement officers of the city shall have the right to enter upon private property for the purposes of implementing the terms hereof, where such person has probable cause to believe that a violation of the provisions of this article or the provisions of state statutes are being violated.
